Intercooler
Our motorsport Intercooler is developed to improve performance for customers who have reached the limits of the original intercooler core.
Engineered to offer highest performance in both flow and cooling capacity. It features a hand-built motorsport core with high flow end tanks and bespoke CNC-finished inlet and outlet flanges.
Heat-exchanger
Our Dual-pass heat-exchanger allows for efficient cooling ability. Originally developed for track use where the engine is at high loads for long periods of time, this also has benefits on the road as there is now much less stress on the cooling system as a whole, particularly on tuned cars.
The heat-exchanger is constructed entirely from aluminum alloy with the ‘Dual-pass’ element so the coolant flow path through the core is longer and the efficiency of the core is increased.
Engine Oil Cooler
Our competition-quality oil cooler upgrade solves the problem with many tuned cars; that of the OEM cooler simply not having the capacity or efficiency to maintain the oil at a safe temperature. If engine oil gets too hot it can then become too thin, losing pressure and its lubricating properties, with potential engine damage or premature wear being the end result.
Based on our motorsport core, oil cooler has a substantially larger surface area and volume than the standard part as it has a greater number of rows in the core. Also featuring larger CNC-machined end tanks, it is far more efficient in radiating heat away from the oil than the factory part.
It is manufactured from high quality alloy, precision TIG welded on all joins. It has been engineered to fit precisely and easily onto the OEM mounting points on the standard car, despite its larger size.
Gearbox Oil Cooler
Specially manufactured from high-density air/oil core; allowing the owners to just enjoy the drive rather than worrying about transmission temperatures.
Tig welded from aluminum alloy in-house, more efficient cooling and increased oil capacity.
